IT Intern (B.Tech Graduate)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated B.Tech graduate in Information Technology or a related field to join our IT department as an Intern. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work with experienced professionals, learn industry-standard technologies, contribute to real projects, and develop practical skills in a professional environment.

What you'll do

• Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
• Provide technical support to internal users
• Support software development and testing activities
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure
• Help manage user accounts and access permissions
• Document technical processes and procedures
• Participate in system upgrades and deployments
• Collaborate with team members on ongoing IT projects
• Assist in data management and reporting tasks
• Learn and follow company IT policies and security standards

What we're looking for

• B.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of operating systems, networking, and databases
• Understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and collaboration tools
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and processes
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned tasks
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is a plus
